Diploma Unit 3

Wines of the World

This unit is assessed by a closed book theory paper of five questions, along with a practical tasting paper assessing candidates’ application of the WSET Level 4 Systematic Approach to Tasting technique. The tasting paper is held in two parts, each covering 12 wines in total, with a short break between each paper.

The next Unit 3 Wines of the World (Part 1 France) will take place in June 2018.
Classes are held at LCA Wine on Saturdays June 2, 9, 16 & 23 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

If Diploma Candidates would like to also sit the French Wine Scholar exam, they can do so for an additional cost of $150 to cover the exam fee.

Classes take place at Neptune School of Wine at SOCO Collection in Costa Mesa.
